John’s design of his Hummingbird Feeder consists of a red, sturdy, adjustable headgear, clear face shield (with (3) pre-drilled holes). The bright red Calla Lily holds the feeder tube inside. This vibrant red, tubular flower is a Hummingbirds’ delight as it hold the most nectar in nature. It makes for years of incredible entertainment for all ages. Our friends join us on the porch for the swooping, spiraling, and sweeping hummingbird feats! After we have all been mesmerized and declared our astonishment’s in countless giggles and ‘ahs’ – we all agree that the Hummingbirds are having just as much fun as we are. Always fascinated by nature, John became enamored with Hummingbirds during childhood at the family cabin in Westcliff, CO. Creating his HummViewer is simply another way in which John’s curiosity, skills, and playfulness are made tangible.
Since 9News ran a whimsical story on John and the HummViewer, we were inundated with orders. We have now perfected the HummViewer, had it Patented, manufactured and sell it both retail and online.
